Shipping policy

We will ship orders from Monday to Friday. Please note, that we excluded weekends and holidays.

Economy home delivery from 2-8 business days.

Express home delivery is from 2-6 business days.

Cost will be calculated at checkout.

Please pay attention, that these times are based only when order is ready to ship and packed. If your item is pre-order, it will be shipped to you once it received to stock and packed.

After we have shipped your order, you will receive order confirmation containing your tracking ID, that allows you to follow your package. 1st drop method is pre-order.

 

All PRVN products, will be shipped from FINLAND. Any custom charges on shipping (ex. Taxes) will be customers responsibility. Make sure about your countries taxes etc before making a purchase.

 

NOTE (Additional info)

Placed orders cannot be changed or edited, when shipped. If you give wrong information by accident please contact PRVN right away on that matter, to get it fixed. In the end customers are fully responsible, that address and given details are correct, when making order.

PRVN is not responsible for incorrect shipping or contact information and will not refund orders on that matter.
